Please note we are not responsible for covering shipping costs for returns. To start a return, you can contact us at support@thespiritandgrace.com

Returns are not accepted for items marked as final sale with discounts.

We offer returns & exchanges (if stock is available) and store credit. Please ensure you review your order before making a purchase to limit any errors.

In order to return an item, you must meet the following conditions:

• The return must be sent back within 7 days of the delivery date.

• The item must be in its original, unused, unopened, unaltered and unwashed condition.

• The item must be returned with tags and packing.

We do not cover the shipping costs of a returned item. Please ensure to track your returned parcel through your selected courier to ensure parcel does not get lost, as we are not liable for lost returns.

Please note that any and all shipping costs are non-refundable.

ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE - Being a new & small brand we are unable to cover any custom and shipping fees at the moment. As we continue to grow we are working on an easier way for international customers to return or exchange any product. Thanks for your understanding and support!

For tracking enquiries please ensure to check your emails for updates on your shipment as well as contact the courier if you have any questions.

  2. Name on the order
  3. Email the order was made with  
  4. Your request and most importantly
  5. A photograph demonstrating the quality of the print or the damaged area of the item or the incorrect item.
